Terms of Service & Publisher Agreement
Review the terms governing the use of NexusSSP programmatic auction infrastructure, publisher revenue share model (85% net payout), payment schedules, and inventory quality requirements.
1. Publisher Inventory Approval
By integrating NexusSSP ad tags, Prebid wrappers, or Mobile SDKs, publishers represent and warrant that they own or have explicit authorization to monetize the registered web domains and app properties. All domains must pass domain verification and maintain valid IAB ads.txt records.
2. Revenue Share & Payment Schedule (NET 30)
NexusSSP operates on a transparent 85% Publisher Revenue Share model. 85% of net revenues collected from Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) are disbursed to publishers on a NET 30 schedule via wire transfer or automated ACH once earnings exceed the minimum payout threshold ($100.00).
3. Invalid Traffic (IVT) & Ad Fraud Policy
Publishers are strictly prohibited from generating artificial impressions, automated bot traffic, forced ad refreshes under 30 seconds, or placing ads on content violating copyright or brand safety guidelines. Any impressions flagged as IVT by pre-bid fraud detection systems will be clawed back and refunded to DSP buyers.
4. Platform Availability SLA
NexusSSP commits to a 99.99% operational uptime SLA for auction evaluation servers. Real-time telemetry endpoints operate with sub-50ms latency guarantees across global cloud server regions.
